my weight loss journey...
so i joined 50 million pounds to keep track of my weight and what i am eating and how active i am.. my plan is to get to 150/145 (maybe) by next summer don't want to rush my journey and fail.. i am gonna try and work out at least 3 times a week. doing my taebo or other random exercises hoping i can get my hubby to help me out he use to be a marine... i have about 30/35 more pounds i want to lose maybe
food i will be cutting out are fried foods gonna break out my gill again and try and cut down on junk! not gonna cut it out cause that like setting myself up to fail foreal!!! gonna add more fruit.. i love veggies so that not a problem, i already do alot of fresh one.. I will be doing my green tea with all meals about 24 oz hopping that it helps..
my reason for wanting to lose this weight...
so i can be in better health.. so i can see my son grow up! i was to be able to run around with my grand kids once i am old..lol i want my grand kids to have what i didn't have with my grandparents... and i want to be there for my son once he is grown.. lol i want to live forever! i want to be one of those old people on the new.. "Mrs. Edwards 135 and sill going strong, how dose she do it?!?"..lmao.. i want to be one of the older people telling storeys to the kids about how i seen it all!... i just want to be in better health, i want my life to be a long one!
maybe sometime soon ill be comfortable enough to post my weight 4real!
