when did u bc?
July 2008 with about 3.5 inches of hair

how long did u transition for?
I transitioned 11 months (Aug 2007-July 2008).

what products did u use while transitioning?
I can't remember too much about what I used while transitioning, but I know that I was not very knowledgeable about silicones and sulfates. I knew not to use mineral oil products very much. Creme of Nature shampoos where my main shampoos, but conditioners are things I can barely remember now. My transition was so long ago, that I do not recall much about my products.

what products do u use now that u are natural?
I stay away from sulftes and silicones especially. I follow the "Curly Girl" method. I stay away from petro-chemicals (mineral oil, paraffin liquidium, etc.). I love Suave and Alberto V05 conditioners, Qhemet Biologics, pure unrefined shea butter, Uncle Funky's Daughter Curly Magic, Sazzy Gel, Giovanni Direct LeaveIn. do u ever think that i will relaxed your hair again?
Maybe after some time, I might. I won't say that I never will, but for now, I don't have a desire to.

what was the hardest thing about your transition?
Dealing with 2 textures of hair was difficult. Also, getting used to big hair was a change, but I learned to love it. I could have big hair and it was cute.

what is the one thing u love about being natural?
I love my curls, plain and simple. I love to see my hair curl up, its an amazing thing! I also love how fast my hair is growing and how healthy it is!
